WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – A millage renewal on the Washtenaw County ballot this November is set to fund essential emergency services.

The millage of 0.2 mills, or 20 cents per $1,000 of taxable value, roughly half the market price, will fund the county’s emergency dispatch system, which allows first responders like police and fire crews to communicate.
