GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Two candidates are squaring off in the Nov. 5 general election for an open seat to represent the county board’s 2nd District.
Republican Elizabeth Morse will face off against Democrat Russell C. Yonkers in the November general election, in a race for the district that represents Alpine, Sparta and Tyrone townships as well as the village of Sparta and part of Plainfield Township.
