SALINE, MI – Saline Area Schools may explore appealing a recent ruling resulting in the forfeiture of its first three regular-season football games due to an alleged residency violation of one player.

The district announced the forfeitures on Tuesday, Oct. 1, in response to a self-reported issue to the Michigan High School Athletic Association, which rendered the affected player ineligible.
